Blue Sky’s virtual meetings typically fall into the following categories:

Audio Seminars
These are teleconferences that are operator assisted. Our event operators can manage the call, make introductions and moderate the Q&A. Participants can also be greeted individually to confirm invitations and to collect other information. Pricing includes conference metrics and reports.

Web Seminars
These web conferences have the teleconference feature as listed above, plus an additional web component. This allows participants to view the slide or screen of the presenter. Our event coordinator will work with your presenter through practice runs, assist in developing appropriate slides or even place reminder calls attendees at show time.

Archived Seminars

Archiving spoken-word content is a specialty of Blue Sky. We can take the audio or web seminars and build an archived version of the event. Our Presentation Portal can manage the content and allow registration, enable pay-per-view, issue Continuing Education Units and provide detailed management reports.
